What we collect
Account details (email, company name), project data you enter (addresses, equipment, photos, drawings, documents), payment records processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers), and basic usage logs.
How we use it
To generate your plan sets, operate your account and billing, provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data and do not use your project data to train models.
Third-party services
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage
- Stripe — payments
- Google Maps Platform — geocoding, mapping, satellite imagery and Solar API data
- Anthropic — AI analysis of photos and documents you submit for analysis
- Netlify — hosting and demo-request form handling
Storage and access
Project data is stored per account with row-level security; only your account can read it. Uploaded images are stored in a storage bucket under unguessable paths.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained while your account is active. Email us to delete your account and associated data.
